- ✓ The license is granted for the duration you use our services and will terminate upon account cancellation
Image Usage
- ✓ All images provided by our gallery include different licenses - please check the license for each image
- ✓ You are responsible for verifying that you have the required permissions to use images in your projects
- ✓ Some images are copyright protected and require attribution - please include copyright notices when required
- ✓ You may not distribute, sell or relicense images from our gallery without consent
- ✓ We are not liable for copyright infringement committed by the user
User Content and Rights
- ✓ You retain all rights to content you create or upload to our platform
- ✓ By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide license to use, store and display it
- ✓ You represent and warrant that your content does not infringe third-party rights, including copyrights and trademarks
- ✓ You are responsible for all your content and its legal consequences

Limitation of Liability

- ! We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions or indirect damages
- ! Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the previous three months
- ! In no case shall we be liable for secondary, incidental or consequential damages

Domain Management
- ✓ You are responsible for maintaining your communication with the domain registrar and us
- ✓ Domains must be renewed according to the registrar's renewal requirements
- ✓ Stopping subscription payment may result in interruption of domain services
- ✓ We do not reset domains that are not renewed before their expiration
- ✓ You must maintain accurate contact information in your registrar account
Service Termination
- ✓ You can cancel your account at any time through your account settings
- ✓ We may terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in unlawful activity
- ✓ Upon account termination, access to all content stored in your account will be suspended
- ✓ We cannot refund payments for the remaining period after monthly subscription cancellation
- ✓ Termination will take effect within two business days or at the estimated termination date
Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and us and supersedes all prior offers or agreements. If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in effect. Continued use of our services after changes to the terms means your acceptance of the updated terms.
